The type of activities offered will differ depending on whether you are in the Reading Resource Room, your regular classroom, or the Computer Lab. Generally, activities are designed to provide additional practice in word study, vocabulary, and comprehension.  Some lessons may involve direct instruction pertaining to specific reading skills, and preparation for taking the ISAT test.  In the Computer Lab, you will be working on Lightspan discs to improve decoding skills, and complete WebQuests.  In your classroom, your teacher and I will provide activities to directly  supplement lessons. In the Reading Resource Room, you will be reading, discussing, sorting words, playing Bingo with words, playing comprehension games, using VersaTiles, participating in activity centers, and applying Ventures strategies.
