The Design Expert: This student will have the role of searching for information, material, and or practicing the skills necessary to complete the project.  For example, if the group decides to create a PowerPoint presentation, this person will make sure that all the elements are included in the final project. The main issue is that the Design Expert will have to make sure they know how the software works and become an expert in its use. You may ask the teacher and the media center technologist for help with this.

Background Information: Please use the internet resources that have been provided about your spider.  You may also use information from books provided in the media center.

You should also read the information contained at each site with your role and task in mind.  You will become the design expert with both spiders in mind.

Report: After you have gathered all your information, you and your group will work together to complete a presentation for the class.  Each group will be responsible of for a written report about your spiders using Word.  Your group may chose to create a PowerPoint presentation, a poster, a rap, or a story based on your research information.
