Task

You will have several tasks that need to be completed in order to return to your own time.  You will be asked to create a journal that you can use to record your thoughts about Pilgrim life.  Click the link to learn how to make your journal.

  After your journal is created, you will have to find information about the Pilgrims and their journey on the Mayflower such as why they left their homeland, how they traveled to their new land, and what happened on that trip.

Then, you will use a map to complete a quiz based on the crossing of the Mayflower.

Next, you will have to find information about the First Thanksgiving including how it came about, who was there, and what they ate.

Then, you will find out about the life of a Pilgrim in Plymouth by identifying what the roles of the children were, what kind of houses they lived in, and what they did for food.

Then, you will create a Venn Diagram comparing and contrasting life in Plymouth to your life.

  Next, you will use your information to create paragraphs on the above topics. 

Then, you will create a Power Point presentation showing what you have learned on your journey.

Finally, you will share your presentation with the class.
